In 2004, Brian Seifried opened Wing Shack in a tiny shack in Garden City, Colorado, in the shadow of the University of Northern Colorado… ’Sko Bears! Brian built the place the way he does most things: with elbow grease, good karma, and a whole lot of duct tape. Just a dude, his fryer, and the stubborn belief that he could make the perfect chicken wing.

Over the years one location turned into two, then three, then many more. Every new Shack carried the same values into a new building: serve great food, treat people well, stay connected to the community. Every expansion was another leap of faith and another deep fryer hauled into place — but the heart of the thing never changed, no matter how many times it got loaded into a truck and set back down on a new block.
More than twenty years later, Wing Shack has grown from one shack to a whole family of them up and down the Front Range — Denver to Laramie — still independent, still Colorado-born, still chasing the same wing Brian was after in 2004. What a strange, saucy trip it’s been so far.
“We promise to make it worth coming back for. Worth the money. Worth the wait. Worth the drive. Worth the mess on your fingers. And that goes for everybody, don’t matter how you come through the door. Hungry, hired, or haulin’ a pallet of french fries. Guest, crew, vendor, neighbor. Deal with Wing Shack once, and we’ll do our damnedest to make you glad you did and glad to do it again.”
That’s the promise, the deal we’re making with you, every order, every visit, every time. We’re not promising perfection; we’re promising effort, the kind you can taste. Hot food, honest prices, people who are glad you walked in, and an experience that makes coming back the easy call.
