Questions? We've got answers.
How do I join?
Give the cashier your phone number, or tap Join above. Then finish signing up with a one-time code on your own phone. It's free, and there's no app, card, or password.
I gave my number at the register. Why can't I use my points?
Giving your number starts your points, but you can't spend them until you finish signing up yourself. Tap Join, enter your phone number, then enter the one-time code we send you.
How do I earn points?
1 point for every $1 of your food subtotal, rounded down. Taxes, tips, and fees don't earn points. You earn in the restaurant, at the kiosk, online, and in our app. Paying with a gift card earns points too. Buying an eGift card or ordering from the merch shop doesn't.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of no activity on your account. Keep using it and your balance keeps growing, with no cap.
What do I get for signing up?
A free bottle of Wing Shack hot sauce or Wing Shack Ranch, your pick. It lands on your account once you finish signing up, so it's waiting for your next visit, not the one you sign up on. Good for 90 days.
Can I use more than one reward on an order?
One reward per order. If you have a few ready, pick the one you want today.
How do I check my balance?
Sign in at rewards.wingshack.co with your phone number and a one-time code.
I was already a member. What happened to my points?
Your balance carried over exactly as it was, and from here points keep adding up with no cap. Unredeemed $5 credits stay valid until they expire. If you had Cluck Coins, your balance was turned into whole $5 credits, so a $20 balance became four $5 credits. Same value, packaged differently. Only one credit comes off any single order.
Something's not working. Who do I tell?
Send us a note on our Contact page with the phone number on your account and we'll sort it out.
