How It Works

Participants may access the “Spin to Win” game via a promotional email or landing page.

  • Each user is limited to a maximum of three (3) spins per session.
  • Outcomes are randomly generated.
  • Results are not guaranteed.

Participation does not require a purchase and does not automatically enroll users in marketing communications.

Prizes & Odds

Prizes may include promotional discounts such as $5 off, $10 off, $15 off, or up to 50% off.

Odds of winning are determined at the sole discretion of Wing Shack and are not guaranteed. All prizes, discounts, and promotional codes are available while supplies last and may be subject to total redemption limits.

Redemption

Promo codes must be redeemed at order.wingshackwings.com.

  • Promo codes are valid for one-time use per customer.
  • Promo codes may be subject to maximum total redemption limits.
  • Promo codes become invalid once redemption limits are reached.
  • All promo codes and discounts expire on June 30, 2026.

Restrictions

  • Limit one (1) prize redemption per customer.
  • Offers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
  • No cash value.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Valid only at participating Wing Shack locations.
  • Additional restrictions may apply at checkout.

Fraud, Abuse & Fair Play

Wing Shack reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or exploit the system, using multiple sessions or devices to bypass spin limits, or engaging in automated or bot-driven participation.

Wing Shack reserves the right to void any prizes obtained through such methods.

Technical Issues

Wing Shack is not responsible for website downtime, technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or errors in game operation that may affect participation or outcomes.

Modification & Termination

Wing Shack reserves the right to modify promotion mechanics, adjust odds or prize availability, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, users agree to release and hold harmless Wing Shack, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
