Q: How do I upgrade to the new app version?
A: If you have auto-updates turned on, your app will automatically update! If you don’t have auto-updates enabled, simply head to the Wing Shack app in the app store (or click here), and tap “update.”
Q: I forgot the email I used to log in. How do I recover it?
A: Try logging in with the last email you remember using. If you’re still experiencing issues, please email us at support@wingshackwings.com with the subject line “App Login Issue” along with your first and last name and any email addresses you may have used, and we’ll help retrieve your account information.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: Tap “Account” at the bottom of the app, then tap “Forgot Password” and enter the email associated with your account.
Q: I don’t have an account. Should I make one? How would I do that?
A: Absolutely! With an account, you’ll earn loyalty rewards every time you order. If you’ve already downloaded the app, tap “Account” at the bottom, then tap “Create Account.” If you don’t have the app yet, click here to download it from the app store.
Q: Can I check out as a guest without making an account?
A: Yes! Guest checkout is now available on the app and web ordering. However, checking out as a guest means you won’t earn loyalty points. You can create an account at any time!
Q: What are the benefits of creating an account?
A: Glad you asked! Here are some of the perks:

- Earn loyalty points on every order
- Easy re-ordering of your favorites

Q: Can I still order if I don’t update my app?
A: Technically, yes. We won’t phase out the old app for the first month or two while customers transition. However, customers who continue to use the old app won’t earn loyalty points and may lose access to features like Google Pay and Apple Pay. It’s best to update right away to keep earning rewards and enjoy the best experience!

Q: Will my existing credit and loyalty transfer to the new app?
A: Yes! Your lifetime points, current balance, and any credits will transfer over once you update the app.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: Every dollar you spend earns you points! $1 spent = 1 cluck coin. Rack up points and unlock delicious rewards.
Q: Are there any restrictions on rewards?
A: Rewards can only be redeemed once per visit and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Q: Can I use rewards for both in-store and app purchases?
A: Yes! You can apply rewards to in-store or app purchases. For in-store redemptions, show your app at the register, and our team will scan it to apply your reward.
Q: What if my rewards aren’t working properly?
A: Contact us at support@wingshackwings.com with the subject line “App Rewards Issue.” Be sure to include your full name, the email associated with your account, and the location of your order. We’ll get it sorted out!
Q: How do I redeem my sign-up reward for free fries?
A: The rumors are true! New users get a FREE ORDER of our classic crinkle cut fries with their first app order. Here’s how to redeem:
- Make sure to add a regular crinkle cut fry to your cart.
- Tap “Go to Cart.”
- Tap the up arrow next to “Promos and Rewards.”
- Your sign-up bonus should appear—tap “Apply.”
- Complete checkout and get ready for some free wings!
