Actions we are taking in response to Coronavirus
In response to the spread of COVID-19, we will only offer carry out and delivery orders at all seven of our Wing Shack locations. To decrease person to person contact, we are also offering a curbside pick up option. Simply place your order ahead of time and then pull into one of our designated spots and call the store with your spot number and we will bring your order out to your car.
At Wing Shack, the health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority.
Our teams are fully trained and committed in maintaining the strictest of sanitation guidelines. We have always taken these practices seriously but considering the current concerns around public safety we are increasing our cleaning protocols and safety precautions across the board to exceed Health Department standards. Additionally, we have enacted a progressive paid sick leave policy to ensure employees take necessary time to consult with doctors should they experience any symptoms. We will remain vigilant and err on the side of caution when it comes to the health and well being of our community.
The restaurant industry is one of the most highly trained industries in matters of disease transmission and prevention. Our industry and our employees are highly regulated, and we are already utilizing proven methods to prevent the spread of disease. Currently, there is no evidence to suggest that COVID-19 can be transferred to humans through food.
The safety of our extended family; our guests and employees have always been the highest importance to us. We will continue to closely monitor this situation through both local and national health organizations and our hearts go out to everyone currently affected by coronavirus.
